It's Not Easy Being Green

I heard a guy on the elevator on my way up to work today say that if everyone would just use one square of toilet paper each trip to the restroom then we could eliminate global warming. Forget the fact that I don't believe that alone would take care of the problem - more importantly, who wants to jump on that bandwagon? I'm all for working a lot harder to be responsible stewards of our environment (and I myself could do a lot more) but I'm going to go ahead and do it in other ways.

On another note, yesterday after church Casey and I could not decide what to eat for lunch. So, I suggested that we go to Central Market's On the Run Cafe so we could each get what we wanted. We were like a kids in a candy store and I think Casey would have gotten one of everything if he could have (I guess technically, he could have). We had fun picking out our lunches and we both ended up with some very good food. We will obviously be doing this again when we can't agree on where to go.
