White March

Snow twice in one week? Is that a record? In the area where Casey and I live, we got about 5-6 inches of snow each time. Yesterday we both were released from work early to make it home before things got dicey (and busy) on the roads. We actually had to shovel the driveway in order for Casey's car to make it up the incline to the garage. I pulled out my snow shoes that I haven't worn in approximately 8 years for the job. This is as much snow as I remember seeing in the area in a long time. Although, if you live too much further south than us you may not relate because on my way to work this morning, starting at about only about 5 miles south, it looked like about a quarter of the snow we got at casa de Cooke. I just wish we could have had a snow day today to either just stay home or...make a snowman like most of our neighbors did.

We barely got an inch. Your snow looks pretty!

Although she made a valiant effort with the shovel, I made her stop after a few seconds. Icy sloped driveway + pregnant wife = trouble. Didn't want to take a chance. Snow does look really nice though.

Nothing stuck at our place. :(

I was soooo wanting to take pictures of Audrey in the snow.

I'm glad your hubby didn't let you shovel very long!

Yes, we only got a slight glaze. But Kimber and El Beth had a great time in what we had.

You definitely got more than we did, but I did manage to snap some pictures of the girls on both of our snowy mornings this week! Such fun!
