A picture of me and Casey on here is a novelty, I know. We just celebrated our 6th anniversary (last weekend) and Ethan just spent his first night away from us. Since he has been recently weaned (well, about a month now), we took off to a hotel for the night and dinner at Hibiscus (yum). Ethan spent the night at Mimi and Pop's and all parties involved (grandparents, parents and baby) did very well with the whole scenario. My parents actually took him early on Friday before his afternoon nap and I was able to accomplish some packing and a really long and leisurely shower! Casey and I treasured our time alone and slept in...a little bit. I've never been able to sleep in that much, but at least I didn't have to get out of bed. And dinner...man, it was good.
