Reminiscing

At the beginning of this week my college roommate, Holly and her husband, TJ came to Dallas for a couple of days and stayed with us at our house. It's been 2 years since I've seen them and it was so fun to spend time with them again. Holly and I were roommates for all 4 years of college except for the semester that she and I spent in Spain and England respectively. We didn't know each other before college either - we met at a scholarship interview the February before our freshman year. We were the only ones without our parents there. That day we decided to be roommates rather than have one selected for us and I guess you could say that it worked out! We've obviously gone our separate ways since college, but it's good to reminisce. We had fun talking about college memories and what our lives are like now with our new roommates - TJ and Casey! I think they also had fun talking and swapping stories about us since Holly and I are just a little bit alike!
