This should make anyone feel better. It's in our neighborhood but I have erased the house number to protect the innocent.

The Year of the Weed
Has anyone else noticed how bad the winter weeds were this year? Man, it took me forever to get the unsightly ones taken care of. And coming up next...summer weeds. Even with preemergent, the state that our yard was in when we moved in our house (3 years ago) is not yet completely remedied. Give us a couple more seasons, I guess. And if your yard has no weeds, I really don't want to hear about it. But, if you think you're having trouble with weeds too, check this picture out:

Wow, that is a crazy picture. Our weeds have been awful this year too. I'm planning on being much more vigilant against them next year...we'll see.
