Kitchen-Ware

This post is for Becky. It's about my favorite kitchen/cooking stuff...because she asked!

Three electric appliances I couldn't give up:
1. Electric Kettle (for tea, hot chocolate, instant oatmeal, etc.)
2. Electric Griddle (for pancakes, french toast, eggs, sausage and so much more)
3. Microwave
I'd also like to make mention of probably my most favorite non-cooking appliance...my dishwasher. I really love it.

Three favorite gadgets:
1. Small ice cream scoop (too small for ice cream but just right for cookies!)
2. Cuisinart Food Chopper (this thing is great when you don't want or need to drag out a food processor for "quick chops")
3. Oxo Good Grips Tongs (I use these all the time...in fact, I need another pair)

1. My Family Cookbook
2. BHG.com (Better Homes and Gardens website...not really a book, per se.)
3. Hershey's Chocolate Lovers Cookbook (really great desserts...chocolate desserts)
