On Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we stopped by the Fort Worth Zoo on our way out to the lake house. It is a little more than 1/3 of the way out there so it was a perfect time for us to go. And the day was perfect too...daddy was off work and the weather was great (about 80 degrees and breezy). It just happened to be a half price day too.
Ethan got to see all of the animals he's learned about, and he was thrilled. I think the highlight of the outing for him was getting to ride the train. He loved that. Logan did great while we were there...he slept for about 30 minutes in the wrap and then quietly looked around for the rest of the time.
