I made this recipe from Annie's Eats the other day with Ethan to test out as a possible cupcake for his birthday party in May. The frosting was unbelievable. Probably my favorite part, but it's usually my favorite part of any cupcake. I love frosting. I think I should have put a few more chocolate chips than the recipe calls for into the cupcake part (more chocolate=good), but overall they were really very good. They may just work for the party. Or, I could try a similar recipe from My Baking Addiction and see how they are. Choices, choices. (Thanks, Mary, for trying them out for me today! She liked the frosting too.)

I did love the frosting! :) In fact, I loved all of it! And I am with you on the chocolate chips inside the cupcake, more=better! Oh yeah, I told Jason he had some to try, and he got super excited! :-)
