Simple Dessert

In my opinion, the simplicity of a brownie sundae in no way takes away from it's absolute goodness. This brownie is homemade and warm. The ice cream is neither of those things ... but it is creamy and wonderful.

Here's a related item that someone recommended to me the other day (who clearly does not know my brownie preferences):

I am not the target audience for this product. I certainly do not want every single brownie in a pan to have edges. That's just silly. Everyone knows that the best brownie of the batch is the completely edge-less and deliciously gooey middle piece!

I completely agree with you about that product, it seems like a terrible idea! Of course the best brownies are in the gooey center!

Oh my goodness! What were they thinking!

i also prefer the middle brownies.

I love the gooey center, but my mom would love that pan. Of course, I am not ever going to get it for her because then there would not be any center pieces for me!!

What they need to invent is a pan that only makes center pieces. Now that would be impressive.

These pictures are just cruel to show an unexpecting audience! I'm dying for a brownie now!

Yes, the brownie sundae is one of the best desserts... simple goodness! Warm brownie from the oven with a large scoop of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla and rich chocolate sauce on top....mmmmm.

I do know a few people who really love the brownie edges. If the edge is really chewy, I don't mind it... but who can beat the middle softness? I guess that pan is for those few edge lovers.
