Celebrity Kodak Moment

This morning on the radio they were talking about people taking pictures of celebrities and this story from a few years ago came to mind. Casey's family was going on vacation with my family in St. Thomas for a week. When we were in the Miami airport eating pizza or something like that for lunch, we saw Sela Ward eating with her family. Well, she ended up on our plane to St. Thomas and when you disembark in St. Thomas, you get off on the tarmac and walk into the airport. My parents were already there and were greeting us at the airport. My dad was taking pictures of us as we came through the doors. To get a visual image of the situation, you need to understand that my dad is a serious amateur photographer and carries pretty heavy-duty camera equipment with him. So, when he was snapping shots of us getting off the plane, Sela Ward thought that he was a paparazzo taking pictures of her! He did look the part, actually. But, before she could say anything to him about it, we came up and hugged him and she realized that he was photographing us. Little did she know that my dad didn't have a clue who she was.
