Nearing the End

Photobucket

Apparently, the clothing you wear makes a difference in how big you look when you are pregnant. I have always known this to be true, but as you can see above...I sort of look bigger at 35 weeks than at 37 weeks. And I assure you, that is an illusion.

As of today, we have 9 days before Logan will make his entrance (assuming he doesn't come earlier...which he won't). It is strange having a set date. Of course, Ethan was born ON his due date, but I didn't know that would happen.

Things are pretty ready around here. And I'm ready too. I can't wait to meet this little boy. But, I have to say...all things considered...I feel really good. I will not be sorry to see the hearburn go. Or to not run into things with my belly. Or to be able to roll over in bed, bend over, or get off the couch without a pep talk. But, I really can't complain. I am not that uncomfortable, for which I am really thankful.

So...a little over one week to go. And THIS is the forecast for my last week of pregnancy. Nice.

Can't wait to meet Logan! The boys talk about "baby Logan" everyday! And by the way, you might want to be in the pool daily next week. Yuck!

It just looks to me that the baby dropped between week 35 and 37. You look great! Stay cool!

So excited for you! I didn't realize how uncomfortable I was until after I had Caleb! Because I really couldn't and can't complain about being *that* uncomfortable. I don't think you necessarily look bigger at 35 weeks than 37, but your belly looks lower to me at 37 weeks! Enjoy the air conditioning. Hope your little Logan's arrival is smooth sailing. Thinking of you!

You look great. I can't believe Logan will be coming in 9 days! Just stay inside to keep cool and try to rest until the big day comes! Hopefully we will get to see Logan at Christmas if things aren't too busy.

Yes, I was going to say the same thing as Brooke. It looks like you dropped at 37 weeks. Just think, once Logan comes, the weather will feel cooler to you than everyone else. :) Enjoy the pool until then.
