Made possible by my current rule for baking, I went ahead and made this unbelievable recipe...Brownie Batter Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes. There's brownie "batter" IN the middle of the cupcake. Who sees a recipe like that and isn't compelled to try it? And despite the fact that I overfilled my cupcake cups resulting in slightly overcooked tops, these things were amazing. This is definitely a contender for a "death by chocolate" dessert. Just take a look at some of the ingredients: sweetened condensed milk, TWO devils' food cake mixes, jello fudge pudding mix, sour cream, 28 total ounces of chocolate chips, 5 sticks of butter (FIVE!), cocoa powder, powdered sugar...all in these cupcakes. If it causes death, it would be a good way to go, for sure.
